Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your AlRayah Driving School account (Android and iOS app) and what happens to your data when you do.
Option 1 — Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open the AlRayah Driving School app and sign in.
- Go to More → Account → Delete my account.
- Read what is deleted and what is kept, tick the acknowledgement, then confirm.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out of every device.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, send us a request and we will close the account for you.
Email a deletion request
Please include your full name, your Qatar ID number, and the mobile number registered in the app, so we can confirm the request is genuinely yours. You can also call us on +974 44999949.
We verify every request before acting on it, and we complete verified requests within 30 days. We will contact you on the registered number to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in — the account is closed permanently and cannot be used again.
- Every device registered to you, and the biometric sign-in key stored on them.
- Your push notification tokens and notification history.
- Your conversations with the in-app assistant.
- Your support tickets, complaints and any images you attached to them.
What we must keep, and why
As a licensed driving school in Qatar we are legally required to retain certain records even after your account is closed. These records are no longer reachable through the app and are used only to meet our legal obligations, to answer the authorities, and to defend legal claims. They are never used to contact you or for any commercial purpose.

حذف حسابك
توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية حذف حسابك في تطبيق مدرسة الراية للسواقة (على أندرويد وiOS)، وما يحدث لبياناتك عند حذفه.
الطريقة الأولى: الحذف من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح تطبيق مدرسة الراية للسواقة وسجّل الدخول.
- انتقل إلى المزيد ← الحساب ← حذف حسابي.
- اقرأ ما سيُحذف وما سيبقى، ثم علّم على الإقرار وأكّد.
يُغلق حسابك فوراً ويتم تسجيل خروجك من جميع الأجهزة.
الطريقة الثانية: أن تطلب منّا حذفه
إن تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول أو لم يعد التطبيق مثبّتاً لديك، فأرسل إلينا طلباً وسنتولّى إغلاق الحساب نيابة عنك.
إرسال طلب حذف بالبريد الإلكتروني
يُرجى تضمين الاسم الكامل ورقم البطاقة الشخصية القطرية ورقم الهاتف المسجّل في التطبيق، حتى نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر منك فعلاً. ويمكنك أيضاً الاتصال بنا على +974 44999949.
نتحقق من كل طلب قبل تنفيذه، وننجز الطلبات المتحقَّق منها خلال ٣٠ يوماً. وسنتواصل معك على الرقم المسجّل للتأكيد.
ما الذي يُحذف
- إمكانية تسجيل دخولك؛ إذ يُغلق الحساب نهائياً ولا يمكن استخدامه مرة أخرى.
- جميع الأجهزة المسجّلة باسمك، ومفتاح الدخول بالبصمة المحفوظ عليها.
- رموز الإشعارات وسجل الإشعارات الخاص بك.
- محادثاتك مع المساعد داخل التطبيق.
- تذاكر الدعم والشكاوى وأي صور أرفقتها بها.
ما يلزمنا الاحتفاظ به وسببه
بوصفنا مدرسة قيادة مرخّصة في دولة قطر، يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات حتى بعد إغلاق حسابك. ولا تعود هذه السجلات متاحة عبر التطبيق، ولا تُستخدم إلا للوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية والرد على الجهات الرسمية والدفاع عن الحقوق أمام القضاء. ولا تُستخدم إطلاقاً للتواصل معك ولا لأي غرض تجاري.
